    Legumes are one of the most necessary foods for a vegetarian, since it is difficult to find more protein than them in such quantities anywhere.

    I use white beans in my recipe, as they have the most neutral flavor of all the bean varieties, and combined with other ingredients, it makes the soup very tender and somewhere “creamy”.
    You can take absolutely any pasta to your taste, just like cheese. Ready?

    We will need: (2 servings)

    400-500 ml. water or vegetable broth

    1 can of beans (425 g)

    3 garlic cloves

    1 large carrot

    1 stick of celery

    1/3 cup (1 cup - 250 ml) pasta (I use farfalle)

    1/2 teaspoon herbs of Provence / Herbed de Provence
