  3. Wash onion, dry with paper towel. Leave a few feathers for decoration, finely chop the rest.
  4. My radishes, cut off the tails. We make slices from several pieces (they will be needed for decoration), cut the rest into slices, straws or cubes.

Ingredients:

  • ham (200 g);
  • Beijing cabbage (small, 1 head);
  • green beans (200 g);
  • Bulgarian green pepper (2 pcs.);

  • parsley / dill (1 bunch);
  • garlic (3-4 cloves);
  • olive oil (150 ml);
  • dried thyme (1 tsp);
  • ground black pepper (to taste);
  • salt (to taste).

Cooking:

  1. My bean pods. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. We lower the beans into it, salt to taste. After boiling again, blanch over medium heat for 3-5 minutes (the duration of boiling depends on the variety, degree of ripeness and size of the pods). To preserve the green color as much as possible, taking the pods out of boiling water, it is advisable to immediately immerse them in ice water. We throw the finished beans into a colander and leave to drain.
  2. Wash cabbage, dry and chop.
  3. Wash bell peppers, remove core and seeds. The pulp is cut into short strips.
  4. Long bean pods cut into 2-3 parts.
  5. Cut the ham into thin slices (see photo) or strips.
  6. Peel the eggs and cut in half.
  7. Wash greens and pat dry on paper towels.
  8. We clean the garlic and pass it through a press.
  9. We make a refill. In a deep bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, ground pepper.
  10. On serving plates or a common dish, lay out cabbage, beans and bell pepper, stir lightly and drizzle with dressing.
  11. When serving, lay ham, egg halves and greens on top of vegetables.

  • three slices of prosciutto;

  • 55 g walnut;
