Products:

- 20 lettuce leaves
— 30-40 grams of hard cheese
— 1 medium chicken breast
- 2 slices of black bread
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 1 spoon of mild mustard
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- a little grape vinegar

We will need:

— 700 gr. chicken breast
— 10-15 lettuce leaves
— 8 pcs. green onion
- 0.5 cups finely chopped dill
- 200 gr. feta
- 5-7 olives
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of either apple or grape vinegar
- 50 gr. olive oil

Boil the breast, let cool, then shred with two forks. Break the feta with your hands and mix with the chicken and green onions. Wash the lettuce leaves and chop coarsely. Mix olive oil with vinegar, salt and pepper. In a large salad bowl, first place the lettuce leaves, then the chicken breast and pour over the oil and vinegar. Salad ready.

Salad with chicken and walnuts

For 6 servings:

- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 kg. chicken fillet without bones and skin
- a little parsley and celery
- 2 fresh cucumbers, cut into small cubes
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped nuts

For the sauce:

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of light grape or apple cider vinegar
- salt
- pepper

Boil the chicken fillet, let cool and cut into long pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry with a paper towel. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and whisk. Place chicken, cucumbers, parsley and celery in a salad bowl, mix everything, add salt, sprinkle with pepper, pour over the sauce, garnish with lettuce leaves and nuts.

This salad can be called a main dish, it is so filling and tasty.

Products:

- 6-7 lettuce leaves
- 300 gr. chicken fillet
— 150 gr. dry white wine
- 5-6 strips of bacon
- 2 yolks
- 5-6 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 40 grams of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3-4 spoons of crackers
- a little more grated cheese for decoration
- 2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to your taste

First, pour the wine into a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutes with the garlic, then remove the garlic and leave the wine to cool. Simmer the fillet in a frying pan until cooked, add salt and pepper to taste, and place on a plate. In the same pan, fry the bacon, cutting it into pieces in advance. When the chicken has cooled, chop it and mix with bacon, coarsely chopped lettuce, croutons, lightly salt and pepper.
