  1. We make basic dough. We drive raw eggs into a bowl, immediately add the entire norm of sour cream and mayonnaise.
  2. Gradually add the flour and mix vigorously the mass, achieving a smooth and homogeneous composition. The consistency of the pizza dough in the pan should be similar to thick sour cream.
  3. We choose a pan with a diameter of 28 cm (if you take the dishes smaller, the dough layer will turn out to be too thick, so the pizza may remain damp inside). The bottom is evenly smeared with a small amount of refined oil, and then poured with the prepared dough. Apply ketchup on top and lightly smear over the base.
  4. Finely chop the green onion with a knife and spread over the dough. We remove the sausages from the shell, cut into circles and lay them out in random order. Optionally, instead of sausages, you can use ham, bacon, smoked or boiled sausage, etc.
  5. Next, distribute the tomatoes, cut into thin slices. Lightly sprinkle them with salt.
