This is a simple set of products for our soup.

We put a pot of water on the gas, about 2 liters, and while the water comes to a boil, we cut the potatoes into cubes.

Salt and cook the potatoes until half cooked. In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for frying the soup.

Throw the onion into a heated pan with oil. We pass it to the smallest ruddy, add carrots, mix with onions and add sausage. On medium heat, cook the frying until the fat is rendered from the sausage, but without overcooking.
