You can bake a large piece of whole meat in the oven: this way it will turn out juicy, fragrant and much healthier than fried. Baked meat slices can be used to make salads, sandwiches, etc.

So, fry the pieces of beef, marinated or not, in vegetable oil (sometimes in butter, as well as lard or lard), stirring in a pan for 5-7 minutes, then put in a stewing container: a saucepan, ducklings, pots.
