  • Sprinkle with flour, beat lightly with a rolling pin and carefully roll out so that the dough does not tear.
  • Fold the rolled sheet into thirds, wrap with polyethylene and send again to the refrigerator for an hour.
  • The procedure of rolling and folding is repeated three more times, not forgetting to put the dough in a cold place after.

Yeast

For its manufacture, you will need fresh (70 g) or dry (about 25 g) yeast. In addition, for 250 g of flour: a pack of margarine, 50 g of sour cream, 25 g of sugar, yolk, 0.5 tsp. salt and a quarter cup of milk.

How to knead:

  • Dilute yeast and sugar in heated milk, stir in a spoonful of flour. Leave to ferment in a warm place.
  • Combine flour with salt, add margarine chopped into pieces and knead until crumbs form.
  • Separately, mix the yolks and sour cream, pour them into crumbs, mix thoroughly.
  • Pour in the fermented yeast and knead the dough.

On beer

Gentle homemade cookies can be obtained from dough mixed with beer. This recipe involves mixing flour with hot butter. At 8 st. flour take half a kilo of margarine and a glass of light beer.

Making this dough is easy:

  • Melt the margarine and immediately pour into the flour. Stir.
  • Pour in the beer and knead the dough.
