In my refrigerator there is always such a jar (or jar) of a sea cocktail in brine. In principle, it is already ready to eat, but if you spend a few more minutes and a few products, it will be much more fun and tastier to use.

First of all, we need to drain the brine into a separate bowl (everything is in business).

We cut the leek into small half rings (if large, then it is better to cut the stalk into 4 parts), pour some of the brine from the seafood and leave it aside for a little (about ten minutes while cooking) to marinate.

One large or 2 small eggs are lightly beaten with two tablespoons of the same brine, poured into a dry frying pan and right in the frying pan with a spatula we make such a ruddy egg crumble (but not to a dried state, of course, it is enough that the egg got on well).

Stage 3. On a grater, grate the remaining ingredients, which include the surviving proteins, a couple more eggs, cheese and avocado pulp, which must first be kneaded with a fork.

Stage 4. We take out our pickled seafood and place it in a blender, where we grind them until all large pieces disappear.

Stage 5. You can start compiling the salad itself.

To do this, mix all the ingredients together and taste (sharpness, salt). It is considered normal if the dish is noticeably spicy, but not sharply burning. To prepare this delicious snack, we need: squid carcasses in the amount of 3 pieces, 200 grams of fresh champignons, a couple of pickles - straight from the barrel (by the way, you can also use fresh as an option), 3 eggs, hard cheese - 100 grams, onion medium sizes. And also: a little mayonnaise for dressing, fresh-frozen shrimp and herbs to decorate the dish.

How to cook

  1. We clean and wash squids. Then boil in boiling water (remember that you need to cook for no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the seafood meat may become too tough). Cool and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. We cut squid carcasses in the form of straws (you can also use rings - as you like).
  3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  4. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil (a couple of tablespoons). We spread the mushrooms there, pre-washed and chopped coarsely. We introduce onions. Fry over low heat until golden brown and add a little.
  5. Hard boil the eggs and cool in cold water. Then clean and grate coarsely.
  6. Three hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Pickled cucumbers cut into strips.
  8. Combine all of the above ingredients in a large salad bowl. Season with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise (the main thing is not to overdo it so that it does not acquire a mushy state) and mix thoroughly.
